After completing his PhD in Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics, Mehmet Dikkaya assumed roles as Director in Planning, Çeşme Tourism Directorate, and as Madrid Tourism Attache under the Culture and Tourism Ministry and then served as Assistant General Manager of Oruçoğlu Oil Industry Inc. and Yonca Food Industry Inc., and as the General Manager of Agrikom Food Agriculture Co.Ltd. and Altınyağ Combine, Inc. Mehmet Dikkaya knows English, French and Spanish.

Altınyağ Kombinaları A.Ş.'s Assistant General Manager Şerif Yaltırık started his business career in 1998. Before that, he worked in various companies, including Navy, Akbank, Cargill, Petrol Ofisi, Bunge, and gained experiences in trading, risk management, financial planning fields. His last position was the director at Tiryaki Agro.

He completed his high school education in TED college, studied Civil Engineering in Middle East Technical University and received his MBA degree from Saint Louis University.

He has certificates of CMB, ISE, NYSE, NASD and NASAA. Yaltırık is working as the Assistant General Manager responsible for Risk and Trade at Altınyağ Combine, Inc. since February 2015.
