Producing vegetable oil as one of the oldest and long-established industrial enterprises of Turkey since 1962, Altınyağ Madencilik ve Enerji Yatırımları San. ve Tic. A.Ş., has decided to exit from vegetable oil industry as the result of sector specific analysis and assessments conducted by the board of directors, and has sold all of real estate and machinery park situated at İzmir A.O.S.B., being property of our company and our associated partnership Gürtaş to Yakamoz Yağ. San. ve Tic. A.Ş. for a price in sum of 2.500.000 USD + VAT and started to continue its commercial activities in its own properties and offices situated at Çınarlı Mh. Ozan Abay Cd. No: 10 Ege Perla B Kule Kat: 12 D: 123 Konak - İzmir.
